Embarking on this learning adventure shows my interest in seeking new learning opportunities. In course 5305, Disruptive Innovation, I explored the latest trends in digital education and discovered new ways to address classroom challenges.
Throughout the course, I dedicated myself to developing an innovative proposal. This proposal focused on creating ePortfolios to foster genuine student analysis and cultivate an analytical mindset. I conducted extensive literature research to substantiate the important academic benefits of e-portfolio implementation.
I also developed an initial implementation plan to improve the student introduction process, ensuring it can be incorporated into my community’s academic curriculum shortly. To enhance my proposal, I explored course resources, including videos, recordings, and published examples, and applied feedback provided by the professor.
Looking back on my participation, I take charge of my knowledge; I would give myself 34 points in my self-assessment. I can contribute more effectively to the community in future courses, especially after the confidence this course will provide me. It drives me to commit to continuous improvement.
