Implementation of the Innovation Project with ePortfolios
The implementation of my Innovation Proposal focuses on introducing ePortfolios in the classroom to transform the teaching of reading comprehension, critical thinking, creativity, and collaboration for elementary students (Harapnuik, 2023). This approach requires strategic planning and effective execution to ensure tangible results. The use of ePortfolios will allow students to select texts of personal interest, generate comprehension questions, and engage in collaborative activities with their peers. Through this implementation, students will develop essential skills for their academic journey and actively participate in their learning process. The main objective of this phase is to put the planned strategies into action to achieve meaningful, student-centered learning, enabling each student to develop key competencies autonomously (Fink, 2013).
Up next, I’ll provide a breakdown of the video components separately, allowing you to access them independently whenever needed.

Implementing ePortfolios emerges as a transformative strategy that drives innovation in teaching by integrating reading comprehension, critical thinking, creativity, and collaboration within the classroom. Based on an instructional design that coherently aligns objectives, activities, and assessments, this project fosters a genuinely student-centered learning environment where each learner develops essential competencies autonomously and meaningfully.
