The ED5389 Developing Effective Professional Learning course focused on designing professional learning connected to our innovation proposal. It started with a call to action outlining the five key principles of effective professional learning. In this plan, I presented my approach’s why, what, and how and further developed the complete outline of my professional learning.
My journey in the ED5389 Developing Effective Professional Learning course was marked by active participation in collaborative groups and the continuous exchange of feedback. This dynamic process not only enriched my learning experience but also provided me with the opportunity to introspect on novel approaches and perspectives, fostering a sense of growth and adaptability.
Additionally, I spent time carefully reviewing my assignments, making improvements based on the feedback I received. My goal was always to explore new pedagogical ideas that I could apply to my teaching.
My contributions were diverse throughout the course, from providing feedback to my peers to reviewing assignments, completing readings and videos, and participating in forums.
I have completed all of the course readings and resources. For self-assessment, I give myself a grade of 90. While I am pleased with my growth, I recognize room for improvement.
