In this collection, I present my educational principles and strategies, which focus on promoting personal and professional growth for students and educators. Through these papers, I highlight the importance of adopting a growth mindset, integrating technology from the earliest stages of education, and fostering autonomy and creativity in the learning process.

In the Growth Mindset Plan, I explore the importance of adopting a growth mindset for personal and organizational success. Drawing on Carol Dweck’s and other researchers’ studies, we discover how a growth mindset fosters resilience and learning capacity in educators and students. In the context of our school, I propose the integration of ePortfolios to empower students, promoting creativity, innovation, and a sense of ownership in their learning. In addition, I detail the steps to transition from a fixed mindset to a growth mindset, underscoring the importance of listening to the voice of our fixed mindset, recognizing that we have a choice, responding with a growth mindset voice, and taking action based on this mindset.
The Learning Manifesto is a statement of my educational principles and goals. Inspired by the words of Paulo Freire, this manifesto sets out a clear and shared vision of what I want to achieve as an educator. My goal is to foster curiosity, critical thinking, and innovation in my students, helping them take control of their education from an early age. I highlight the need to integrate technology into primary education, preparing students for a digitalized world and promoting 21st-century skills such as critical thinking, problem-solving, and digital literacy. This approach not only improves student participation and engagement, but also prepares the educational community to meet the challenges and seize the opportunities of the future.
